thick to thin in 3 months

Got drunk at a party tried going home and crashed into a tree going 100 mph and was ejected out the back window and was found dead at the scene had a nurse following me who gave me mouth to mouth resuscitation and brought me back to life rushed to hospital and had 3 surgeries and a brain injury and then noticed my hair thinned all over my head about 2 and a half months later and its now about 10 months since my accident and haven't noticed losing any more hair since after 3 months just wanted to know if there's anything else I should do to help my hair grow back

Editor’s Comments,

A very life shocking story indeed. I guess the lesson of the day is not to drink and drive or else you might just lose more than your hair. Anyways surgical related hair loss are often temporary but can last for months depending on the procedure and the person’s ability to recover. Hair should grow back after the period of trauma is over. Factor in the other issues like shock recovery and other psychological conditions too.

You could get more advice from your doctor first to see whether you can go for any hair loss treatments or supplements like Vitamin B Complex.
