Regaine and Provillus ( saw palmetto ) together with beta sitosterol and against gravity excercises to improve blood circulation to the scalp, i think it works a good deal. Been on the regaine and provillus , now buying the beta sitosterol to see better results. I have to say i am feeling my hair thicker and , seen new hairs at the front . I am 95 % sure of this .
