Recent Hair Loss

I'm 44..haven’t been to a doctor in yrs..except abut 5 yrs ago I had they say a bad panic attack..which they made me have a test that showed all blood flow thru all my main arteries etc...besides that I have never had another panic attack..I do suffer anxiety..but I do not take meds..it’s controllable for me..I dont have full blown anxiety but moderate.

I have always had massive thick hair..it’s gotten somewhat thinner of course but I have always got compliments n its my pride n joy!

I am healthy as far as I know..as they say unless it’s broken dont fix it!
I noticed in the last week or so I seemed to be losing more hair..and decided to blow it off because I didnt want to stress over it..I have a 1 track mind...but I just kept convincing myself to research it..and have read many kinda horrifying stories which doesn’t help my anxiety lol..

Anyway today I decided to count the hairs I lose in shower ..about 10..doesn’t seem like alot it's well under 100!..then decided to comb my hair over sink to prove to my husband I am losing too much and counted about 50..now that’s 60..still under 100! but then the blow drying and then the straightening ..gesshh i got near 200 counting and about wanted to cry and didnt bother counting the rest..not to mention the ones I dont see..

I don’t have hair on my pillow when I wake..never see any of my clothes..I do ocassionally feel one on my arm..I was on a diet called the 17 day diet we saw on Dr.Phil..maybe like 3 months we still kinda do it...but cut rad meat...potatoes..bread milk etc completely off...

I dont know if this may have shocked my hair or whatever.I am taken and was taken centrum multi-vitamin during it and now am again..but I also decided to go back to eating read meat alot...so no clue whats happening..if it of course continues I will go to a doc..my hair is still thick if I dont flat iron it..no balding..seems to be only the longer hair..my hair is about near my bra strap...my part is normal and full no itchy about it...I dont even have barely any hair in my brush...no redness..no hair loss anywhere on top..just weird to lose so much and not know why!
