Rapid Hair Loss

Hello I am 21 years old. This hair loss thing is very new to me, mainly because about four months ago I have a full head of hair that I never thought twice about. I noticed very recently that I am losing a lot of my hair and I don’t know why, I have been very stressed in the last couple months and I think that may be the cause.

My hair looks and feels completely different than it used to. I used to get complimented on my long wavy hair all the time and then poof it just started disappearing and thinning out. The front looks just terrible and it’s hard to find a style that looks like it used to.

I’m really at a loss right now. I am debating just buzzing it off and seeing how I like it because it just isn’t worth trying to deal with this frizzy dry looking hair. I don’t know if it is TE or not, I really hope it is so it grows back, I couldn’t stand the sight of me being bald, I would just look terrible, I’ve recently tried Nisim shampoo in hopes for some results and I haven’t seen much difference. Also I started taking biotin supplements.

If any one has any input that would be awesome, because I feel like I cant talk about this with anyone I know because I am so embarrassed.
