I am 19 years old And very scared. It all started 2 months ago when I looked in the mirror And saw a huge bald spot on my head on the back I got so scared and tried my best to ignore it so like 2 days later I washed my hair and a lot of hair was falling and falling I got so scared and wanted to break down crying. my hair was everywhere on the bathroom floor , tub , sink on my shirt EVERYWHERE.

I felt so scared and hopeless just like anyone who has gone threw this as of right now my hair still falls alot but I've Been eating healthier now and changing my eating ways. I've read a lot of good tips online to help me alittle. I like to read about tips online to give me more help that soon my hair will be back to normal. I suggest reading tips online they really help.

I regret all the bad stuff I did to my hair. I dyed it to much and flat iron my hair a lot my hair just got thinner and thinner and now I'm almost bald but I know my hair is going to grow back soon and this horrible thing called hairloss will stop I have faith and god. the best thing you can do is PRAY and be postive I'm learning to do that day by day think of it has a roller coster it will end soon :) I wish everyone good luck!!!
