My Hair Loss Remedy

I would like to briefly share my experience with hair loss or thinning. I am a woman, who's gone through 4 years of increased hair loss, and here is how I have helped to decrease it CONSIDERABLY.
My hair-loss was stress related. I also took definite steps to reducing the stress in my life (consistent exercise, eat sitting at the dinner table, (no eating standing up) eat slowly, enjoying each bite, some soft music in the background helps, taking small breaks through-out my work day. Reminding myself to breathe deeply and rhythmically is key, for me- when I am under stress, I've noticed that I'll breathe very short breaths or sometimes unconsciously hold my breath for small intervals
I also stay away from blow-drying or ironing my hair- only on special occasions to give my hair time and a chance to grow back healthy. I avoid the use of mousse, hair gels or sprays, anything with alcohol or harsh chemicals.
After looking for different solutions: shampoos, topical solutions, vitamins and such here is the combination of "things" I took that have helped. I canīt pinpoint exactly which ONE was the most helpful, as the improvement came over time and with the use of all at once or in combination.
1. I've been taking USANA Vitamins and Minerals (Essentials) and I notice an increase in hair loss when I suspend their use. (Usually when I run out and take more than a week to re-stock).
2. I use a protein solution by the maker of REDKEN, I don't have the name of the product, but I get a treatment at my beauty salon every week, religiously. (Cost $8 per treatment= $24 a month-very affordable!)
3. I'm a Bach Flower Therapist and I came up with a 3 flower solution (with California Flowers) that I've been taking for the past 6 weeks (4 drops under the tongue, 6 times a day-very easy). This has almost completely halted the huge balls of hair I was losing with each shower or during brushing!
I hope this helps.
Sincerely,
Romy Macias
