Looking for help with Telogen Effluvium.
by Jean
Last July I went back to school to get my Master's degree. So from what I can tell my Telogen Effluvium is caused from low iron levels and stress. I have been taking a RX iron supplement of 325mg on a daily bases. It does not seen to be making a difference. I have been taking this for about 2 months with no results. I have since started using Rogaine to stimulate the hair growth. I have one big question about the use of Rogaine...When my life gets back to normal i.e. finish school and iron levels are higher, and hair grows back (hopefully) if I stop using Rogaine with the hair that grew back fall out? Does anyone have any experience with this? Best of luck to all of you!! |
