Im going crazy!!!!
by CJrun
I noticed a little more hair coming out in shower for a few days which has now progressed into 5 weeks of massive thinning (3-4 months after birth and major stress) and receding hairline. my biopsy results have came back as chronic telogen effluvium and underlying minor androgenic alopecia. i have just started using rogaine but i hate it it itches and just makes me have an anxiety attack as more hair falls out all over the floor. Does anyone know if Nioxin therapy will help also. i just started accupuncture today to reduce stress levels and toxify kidney but when is the loss going to stop! i have been on a poor diet also including a bit more alcohol than normal to help me feel a little happier. just at the end of what i can handle any tips please???? Editor's Comments, Hmmm...your hair loss could be caused by post pregnancy related stress as well as the emotional distress you must be suffering from your recent relationship issues. Like most people with this form of sudden hair loss condition, the best remedy is always to calm yourself. Relax. I would think that you should give yourself a couple of weeks before deciding on any treatments that will help stimulate hair growth because most of the time, it's only temporary and these form of treatments might not really do any benefit to you. Stay cool, go for a holiday and calm yourself. Eat healthily and try to consume more foods that are high in Vitamin Bs. If you want, you might want to try some vitamin B complex supplements. I am quite confident that after a while your hair should be able to recover back to its former glory. |
