Hopeless

In December of 2010, I was told by my doctor (from observation) at a physical that I had "some alopecia caused by too much testerone". He offered Aldoactone 25mg to start and I accepted- I have always had thin, fine blonde hair, but never had been told that I was balding, or thought much of it.

After looking things, I discovered that my BCP, Loestrin, was one of the highest androgenic BCP there are....so I stopped taking it......No recourse and noticed some mild thinning on my part-line sometime between February and June. Late in June, my kids had lice and I freaked out! I used the shampoo on myself "just in case" as I had no one home to check me too. (My husband was out of town)- I then went on vacation and had a great time.......UNTIL I returned from vacation at the end of July and my hair started rapidly falling out. When I say rapidly, I mean 1 day I noticed it falling out and 3 weeks later I hate going outside because my scalp is so visible.

My head itches and feels greasy. I swear every day I can see mor and more scalp. Go to OB/GYN tomorrow and to GP day after tomorrow. I am an anxious mess!!!!!
