hair loss post typhoid

hi guys,

my name is ram and i was treated for typhoid fever four months ago and later i noticed aggravated hairfall. i thought it is due to powerful antibiotics with which i was treated. now am having eleveated levels of hair fall and really concerned about it. it has been over four months till date i was treated for typhoid and still my hair loss problem persists. i dont know whether it regrows or not and how to stop the hair loss.
