Female hair loss
by Sweetypie
I've been using Nizoral for two weeks and my hair loss has slowed down immensely. I only use it once every 3 to 4 days because it dries out my hair so much. So far, I'm VERY happy with it and it's much less expensive than Nioxin. I just hate how dry my hair is. I'm thinking of applying it just to my scalp and not the ends of my hair. I have to add to my initial post. After doing some research, I have started to link some unpleasant side effects to my use of Nizoral. I've been having very bad headaches, neck aches and overall aches that started just this week. NSAID's don't seem to help much. I'm considering the possibility that Nizoral has caused this because of info I found on the internet. I may stop using it shortly to see if things get better without it.
