NBC Today Show - Battling Baldness

NBC News’s Today show hosts Matt Lauer and Meredith Viera talk about Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT) from a small little gadget famously known as Hairmax Lasercomb as an effective treatment for baldness. Hairmax Lasercomb emits pulsating beams of low energy laser that are demonstrated to be able to trigger hair to grow faster.

The FDA cleared this device for treating hair loss and also a lot of people have provided positive feedbacks from the results of using LLLT. Together with Hair loss expert Dr. Alan Bauman, do take a look at what they have to say with a device that can enhance hair growth without ever applying any topical medications or popping a pill.

Hairgenesis Avacor Folliguard on 20/20 ABC exposed

ABC News exposes a few unethical hair loss products companies for misleading the general public especially hair loss sufferers. See how these companies use bogus advertising tactics as well as unproven test results and even phony ‘hair loss experts’ to convince that some of their products can guarantee a 90% regrowth rate. My advice, be realistic and do your research properly and don’t hope for a miracle cure because at the end of the day, it’s your money and hair that is down the line.

Mag-Gro (tm) makes sense for hair loss

Can this cute yellow roller stop hair loss? I definitely don’t think that this little roller can replace the proven hair loss treatments but this company indeed made a quite special product that can maybe assist a little in stimulating hair growth.

This little device works by rolling above your head with tiny scalp stimulating buds on the surface. By rolling it over your head, Mag-Gro should be able to help stimulate the blood circulation to your hair follicles. Poor blood circulation has been blamed as a negating factor on hair loss recovery and by improving blood into the hair follicles, technically it should also help with hair growth.

However, if you are suffering from genetic baldness like Male Pattern Baldness, proven treatments are still the best answer. I can say that Mag-Gro is indeed a good device to replace massaging your scalp with your fingers but it’s definitely not a total cure for hair loss.
